If you are having problems opening e-statements, go into IE tools, Internet Options, and advance down to Security. Uncheck TLS 1.0. This should correct your problem.

E-statements: a great way to keep track - NEW STATEMENT GUIDE

To sign up for E-statements, just login to your CME@Home account, then click the E-statement link.

Eliminate the envelope! Get your statements quickly and easily on the Internet. You receive an email each month when your statement is ready, then you click a link, login and look at your statements. The best part for many people, though, is that you can look up several months' worth of past statements online, so you don't have to organize and store the paper statements at home.

Online Bill Pay: a great way to pay
Why go through the hassle of writing checks, licking stamps and stuffing envelopes? With Online Bill Payment through CME@Home, all these chores are gone. You simply login, enter your bills to pay, and hit submit. The system does the rest. You can pay almost any bill to a company or an individual (sorry, government and court-ordered payments are excluded).

For recipients who are set up to do so, the payments go completely electronically. For smaller companies and individuals, Online Bill Pay will have a check written and mailed to your recipient.

Online Bill Pay couldn't be more convenient. You enter the name of each of your payees once, and from then on you just click a button, type in how much to pay and when, and it's all taken care of! You can even set up payments such as mortgages, loan payments or other fixed amounts to be paid automatically every month.
